In case of an emergency, you can press the SOS button to request immediate assistance.
संकट की स्थिति में SOS बटन दबाकर आप तुरंत सहायता मांग सकते हैं।
In addition to nearby volunteers, trained security personnel will be dispatched for immediate assistance.
आपके नजदीक उपलब्ध लोगों के अलावा, प्रशिक्षित सुरक्षा योद्धा तुरंत सहायता के लिए भेजे जाएंगे।
If family members are in danger (at school, market, etc.), they will be safely evacuated to your home or a secure place.
परिवार के सदस्य (विद्यालय/बाजार आदि में) संकट में हों तो उन्हें सुरक्षित निकालकर घर या सुरक्षित स्थान पर पहुंचाया जाएगा।
If required, hospital admission will be arranged, and treatment will begin promptly.
जरूरत पड़ने पर अस्पताल में भर्ती करवाकर तुरंत इलाज शुरू करवाया जाएगा।
A police report will be filed against the cause/perpetrator of the threat (after ensuring your safety), and legal support will be provided.
संकट के कारण की पुलिस में रिपोर्ट दर्ज की जाएगी और वकील का समर्थन प्रदान किया जाएगा।
Pressing the SOS button without a valid reason will incur a fine of ₹5,000, payable online or at the nearest branch. Non-payment will result in account suspension, no future assistance, and legal action.
बिना कारण SOS बटन दबाने पर 5,000 रुपये का जुर्माना लगेगा। भुगतान ऑनलाइन या नजदीकी शाखा में करना होगा। न भुगतान करने पर खाता ब्लॉक होगा, भविष्य में सहायता नहीं मिलेगी, और पुलिस कार्रवाई होगी।
Refusing to provide assistance more than 2 times consecutively will result in a ₹2,000 fine.
लगातार 2 बार सहायता देने से मना करने पर 2,000 रुपये का जुर्माना।
Failing to reach after pressing "I’m on my way" will incur a ₹5,000 fine.
"मैं पहुंच रहा हूं" बटन दबाने के बाद न पहुंचने पर 5,000 रुपये का जुर्माना।
Individuals assisting 10 times consecutively will receive 6 months of free Premium Subscription and the "Veer Yoddha" (Brave Warrior) honor (*subject to proper investigation conducted by the internal team).
जो व्यक्ति लगातार 10 बार सहायता करेगा, उसे 6 महीने का मुफ्त प्रीमियम सब्सक्रिप्शन और "वीर योद्धा" (Brave Warrior) सम्मान प्रदान किया जाएगा (*यह आंतरिक टीम द्वारा उचित जांच के अधीन होगा)।
For every new member you refer, ₹50 from their registration fee will be credited to you (6 referrals = free registration).
नए सदस्य जोड़ने पर उनके पंजीकरण शुल्क से 50 रुपये आपको मिलेंगे (6 सदस्य = आपका शुल्क मुफ्त)।
If a Premium user wishes to downgrade to Basic after using the Premium service even once, no refund will be provided.
यदि कोई प्रीमियम उपयोगकर्ता सेवा का एक बार भी उपयोग करने के बाद बेसिक योजना पर आना चाहे, तो कोई धनवापसी नहीं की जाएगी।
If a Basic user wishes to upgrade to Premium, they must pay the full amount of ₹999/month.
यदि कोई बेसिक उपयोगकर्ता प्रीमियम योजना में अपग्रेड करना चाहे, तो उसे ₹999 प्रति माह की पूरी राशि का भुगतान करना होगा।
If a user chooses to terminate the service, they are free to do so, but no refund will be issued.
यदि कोई उपयोगकर्ता सेवा को समाप्त करना चाहे, तो वह ऐसा कर सकता है, लेकिन कोई धनवापसी नहीं दी जाएगी।
